You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. bm888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify bm888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.4 KYC Verification. bm888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a significant change in account activity, or during routine compliance reviews. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe will result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.
3.5 Account Currency. All bm888 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied at any point in the deposit, gaming, or withdrawal cycle. Your Balance is displayed and transacted in IDR at all times.

4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit funds into your bm888 Account, or otherwise verified as belonging to you as part of the KYC process. The majority of withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets are completed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required. bm888 does not accept responsibility for delays attributable to the receiving financial institution.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. bm888 operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. The platform reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence, request source-of-funds documentation, delay, or decline any transaction that raises AML concerns. Any account found to be involved in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime will be immediately suspended and reported to appropriate authorities. Depositing funds must be from legitimate, personally owned sources only.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. 5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion Period. Unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times — whether through multiple accounts, multiple payment methods, or other means — constitutes abuse of the promotional system and will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in Account suspension.

5.5 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirements within the designated promotion period will automatically expire and be removed from the Member's Account without notice or compensation.
